职位概况：

Responsible for growing key industrial accounts for Miltenyi products and services, through identification, engagement, and communication of products and therapy-related work flows to Key accounts. Key responsibilities include:

  

• Selling work flows/total solutions, and capturing new business opportunities that feed sustainable growth of industrial key accounts

• Business development mindset is a must. Must have hunter mind set and ability to creatively solve customer problems with flexible solutions

    

岗位职责：

• Based on the requirement of the key accounts, meet the monthly, quarterly and annual sales target

• Deeply profile selected industrial key accounts

• Expand product/service portfolio penetration that feed sustainable growth of key accounts

• Identify and capture new business opportunities from key accounts

• Develop individualized penetration plans for key accounts

• Maintain appropriate communication with all needed functions such as Technical support, engineering service, customer service, logistics, Regulatory and Legal personnel etc. to ensure full support to key accounts

            

任职要求：

• Primary skill must be industrial account handling experience and aptitude for networking through accounts

• At least 3 years working experience in sales, An MNC biologics or CGT company background is preferred

• Master degree or above with cell biology, immunology or relevant degree

• Customer Oriented, proactive and preciseness, with strong ability on new customer development, negotiation and public relation, as well as the planning and organizing

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Integrity and honest, self-motivated and capable of stress management

• Must be highly motivated and able to work with modest coaching with a track record of success

• Verbal and Written English language skills is preferred

• Able to travel more than 50%
