1. Verify forecast with vendors twice per month.分析每月两次供应商预测。

2.  Release PO in time、Analyze abnormal PR、Get OC in time、ensure on-time delivery、check &dispose overdue PO weekly、Follow up European suppliers on time dispatch、adjust order quantity and delivery date according to production plan、Check grade A and B parts availabilities for next several months weekly、Follow critical parts delivery regularly.

订单下达，异常需求分析、订单和交期确认以及过期订单的处理。跟踪欧洲供应商的准时交付，调整订单数量和发货日期，检查A类和B类的未来预测可用库存状况、跟踪关键零件的到货情况。

3. Suppliers' performance review by monthly、Root cause analysis and action plan、Follow up improvement actions、Charge penalty if necessary.

月度供应商的绩效评估、根源原因分析和实际改善计划、跟进改善行动及相关惩罚措施（如必要情况）。

4. Maintain master data in SAP, determine safety stock and reorder point by planning、Improve and update purchasing lot size and standard package according to demand and cost requirement to optimize inventory structure

维护SAP主数据，设定安全库存和最小库存量、根据需求和成本要求优化库存结构，改进和更新采购最小起订量和最小包装。

5. Cooperate with Material Planner to deal with dead stock and engineering change.

与物料计划员共同协作处理呆滞物料和工程变更。

6. Invoice collection and make payment application.发票整理和付款申请单制作。

7. Other task assigned by leader.   其它领导布置的任务 。             

任职资格：

1.Bachelor degree or above. 本科学历以上

2. At least 2 years experience as material planner/controller in the manufacturing industry.至少有制造行业2年物料计划员工作经验

3.Good English skills in reading and writing.良好的英语口语和书面语

4. Be familiar with ERP-System (SAP). 熟悉SAP系统

5.Be familiar with MS Office.熟悉运用办公软件
