职位描述
- Technical face to the customer for all pre-sales activities for RF products;
- Responsible for understanding the technical requirements of customers as they relate to impedance matching networks and RF power generators;
- Take technical ownership of customers;
- Work closely with other departments to develop initial prototypes and refine them to gain customer acceptance;
- Get information on new opportunities from technical departments at customers;
- Participate in the finalization of documentation required to ensure proper production of volume products based on optimizations done in the prototyping process;
- Communicate closely with other departments, both in China and in other locations, including sales, quality and production
要求
- B.S or M. S in electrical engineering;
- Background in High Power RF (radio frequency) technology. Preferable to have direct experience with Impedance Matching networks and RF Generators in semiconductor, solar, LCD or LED manufacturing equipment.
- Good communications skills, (English – a must -oral and written);
- Good Team Player;
- Customer relationship management;
- Time and project management.
