上海招聘

1、负责协调安排各项运输事宜，如报价船期、联系货代订船订舱、补料、拖车等相关事 宜；

2、进行货运的全程跟踪，协调解决货物运输过程中出现的问题；

3、负责后期的收付款、放货并联系目的港代理清关；

4、核对提单和处理往来邮件，操作相关的外贸业务以及信用证单证（报关单据、清关单据等）；

5、及时与公司内部相关部门沟通协调。

6、负责出货的跟踪情况，保持与工厂、货代的联系

7、制作装箱单、发票、报关委托书等相关单据制作，确保各类手续、单据的准确性和完整性；

8、负责与工厂合同的确定，单据单证管理及存档

9、略懂财务知识

10、其他日常事务

任职要求：

1、全日制大学本科及以上学历，英语熟练CET- 4级以上，能独立熟练检索、翻 

译英文资料；

2、相关外贸单证及简单财务工作相关经验2年以上，熟悉工艺品行业的优佳.

3、吃苦耐劳、有团队协作精神，有较强的责任心。
