Our operational key account teams deliver the highest standards of services to our customers and are critical to our success as a freight and logistics solutions provider. They are what set us apart from the competition.

This position is important for ensuring smooth delivery of services for our customers. Functioning as the control tower for a predefined key account portfolio, you will establish and deliver targets on offered services. You will also aide the account owner with new account implementation.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Participate and drive new business or project implementation, including but not limited to SOP creation, KPI definition, system solution design, and EDI (electronic data integration)
• Work in alignment with account owners for strong customer engagement and relationship management
• Assist in contract management, credit application, facility review and account receivable control when required
• Support rates administration, quote management, related new business requirements and opportunities
• Supervise internal data quality to identify problem root cause and recommend corrective actions
• Organize and join regular performance review meetings to inculcate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Your skills and experience

To be a successful in this role, you should have minimum 3 years relevant experiences in project management, and previous work experience in freight forwarding will be highly advantageous. A key criterion is a customer-oriented attitude, so strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin is necessary. You should also possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, and have the ability to manage projects and to implement changes. Some travelling in the region may be required.
