职位描述

To be a more professional logistics talent and going to work on a global famous logistics platform, are you interesting to this kind of opportunity?

We are looking for an in-house customer service in our key account team working with customer together, in order to provide the highest-level customer service all times. It will be covering handling all forwarding tasks including SOP and KPI on time, quick delivery correct resolutions and work with key account manager to maintain good relationships with customer.


Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest-level customer experience all times with a clear focus on customer service + retention.
  • Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure shipments (physical cargo and documents) being handled correctly and on time, and to ensure all billing correctly being charged and invoiced to customer within agreed timeline.
  • Implement and follow customer SOP and KPI at all times.
  • Ensure correct data quality within internal systems at all times and relevant reports/data requested by customer being delivered with high quality and in time.
  • Collect customer requests to Kuehne+Nagel if need and coordinate with operation and key account teams to find solution internally and meet customer needs.


Your skills and experience

A qualified applicant should have at least 3 years working experiences in freight forwarding industry, with solid knowledge and skills to deal with the relevant procedures whatever import or export in seafreight or airfreight. A bachelor degree with major in logistics/supply chain is necessary, always customer-oriented with good telephone manners are basic requirements.
