Job Description:

1. Work closely with the client, vendor and internal departments to ensure quality requirements, testing protocols and process controls are fully understood and met.  

2. Ensure on-time delivery of results from protocol development, testing, inspection and auditing. 

3. Review testing, inspection and auditing reports, determine acceptances and provide recommendations to the client on next steps.

4. Support client to make final decision on product improvement and product shipment decisions. 

5. Consult the client on disposition issues, recalls, complaint investigations, vendor improvement etc. 

6. Evaluate client’s complaints and initiate investigation as necessary.  Guide vendor/factory on CAP and ensure proper implementation.  

7. Develop and maintain the good relationship with customer (clients, vendors).

8. Accompany the client on Asia buying trips.

9. Respond to the technical inquiry from customer and other internal departments.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. Minimum 4-year quality assurance experience or test lab experience. Manufacturing experience is preferred. 

3. Knowledgeable of international quality systems, regulations, inspections and test methods for consumer goods (hardlines, softlines and small home appliances).

4. Strong technical mindset and able to read and interpret regulations and technical requirements/data and translate to others.

5. Self-motivated, proactive and ability to make things happen.

6. Good communication, interpersonal skills.

7. English proficiency required, especially in written and reading.
