职位描述
Finality
Represent the internal flow function on the platform within the context of logistics internal supplier/customer relations and promote continuous progress within his/her field.
面对物流内部供应商/客户,代表内部流程,促进部门工作的持续进步
Main missions 主要任务
1 - Organise and manage the flow function service 组织和管理物流服务
- Guarantee the performance of the flow function (QCDSM)
保证流程的绩效水平(全面综合管理体系)
Manage workload, organize and optimize services and staff
管理工作量,组织并优化服务和员工
Coordinate and prioritise the action of all employees involved
协调并优先考虑所有相关员工的工作
Guarantee function internal/external customer satisfaction (analyse requirements and demands, manage actions) 保证内外部客户满意度(分析需求,管理工作)
Report and analyse results for the function
报告并分析功能结果
Monitor compliance with standards (service provision, quality, health-safety, etc.) and company rules
监督是否符合标准(服务条款、质量、健康安全等)和公司规定
Monitor the maintenance and improvement of work equipment
监督工作设备的维护和改进
Deploy objectives and manage action plans for the flow function

2 - Develop human resources for the flow function 为流程开发人力资源
Support Leaders in their role and help them to achieve their objectives

4 - Liaise with the platform and senior managers 与工作团队和高级经理保持联络
Optimise relations between the function and the platform team

Establish and monitor the management chart for the function

5 - Manage his/her activity 管理自己的工作
Based on the objectives of his/her activity, prepare action plans and coordinate the missions of his/her team in a coherent manner

Propose an annual operating budget for his/her activity, and ensure that it is adhered to

Specific missions and other responsibility from local: 特定任务及本岗位的其他职责:
1.依据尊重过程、指导书和相关附件,建议改进。确保其工作遵守安全指令和环境保护。预防/保护设施出现任何偏离时,出现危及人员和财产安全和环境保护的危险情况时,发出明示。
2. 对化学品库负有管理责任,包括化学品库的环境和安全管理,发生紧急情况的处理,并熟知各种化学品的MSDS等,减少安全风险,确保任何情况下对环境的影响最小。
3. 对仓库充电区域的安全环境管理,满足法规和集团的要求,例如通风,防泄漏,防火等。
4. 对危险废弃物库的管理,要按照危废库的管理规定执行,例如做好出入库记录,安全搬运,发生紧急情况下的处理方式,防撒漏等,减少对环境的影响。
5. 对仓库的叉车工和翻包工具有管理责任,以及对他们不同岗位的多技能的管理。
6. 仓库考勤制度绩效制度的修订及执行。
7.仓库客户箱管理,保证客户箱账物相符及公司内部有效周转。
8.仓库物料管理,确保账物相符,收发货准确符合流程,确保生产畅通。
9.确保仓库物料执行FIFO管理
10.POE每日盘点循环盘,比照监控库存水平。通知偏离/计算的日需量。
11.仓库月度盘点管理及差异分析
12.COGI管理
13.持续监督库存的合格性(包装状态和种类、标识、位置、堆放和清洁等)
14. 监督仓库将入库存区的包装合格性(包装状态和种类、标识和接受、位置和堆放等)
15. 发现与自己职能相关的传统问题,提出解决方案,包装选择正确的方案。
16.仓库区域5S管理。
17.物流仓库客户端异常处理。
18.使用和遵守流程,操作指导和相关要求。确保工作开展时符合公司流程及规章制度要求。
19.物流经理安排的各项临时工作。
Responsibilities in terms of Quality Safety Environment Progress 质量安全环境进展方面的责任
Use and follow processes, instruction sheets and appendices and propose improvements. Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with safety and environmental protection instructions. Report any deterioration or anomaly in preventive or protective equipment, hazardous situations that may be detrimental to the safety of people and equipment and to the protection of the environment.
使用和遵守流程,操作指导和相关要求。确保工作开展时符合健康,安全和环境保护要求。汇报预防或防护设备的失效或异常,以及对人员和设备的安全和环境保护可能有害的危险情况
任职资格:
1. 物流主管/专员同等岗位3年以上工作经验;
2. 熟悉汽车零部件行业物流相关运作模式;
3. 熟悉SAP等物流系统的操作;
4. 具有现场物流、仓储、叉车团队的实战管理经验;
5. 具有良好的沟通和协调能力;
6. 具有强大的工作热情和责任心。
