Finality

Level 1, 2 and 3: Guarantee and optimize the good working order of the machines in compliance with the procedures in

force (quality, reliability, cost, deadline, safety, environment)

1、2、3级：按照正确程序(质量、可靠性、成本、期限、安全、环境)，保证和优化设备工序

Level 2 & 3: provide technical tutoring and training

2级：提供技术辅导和培训

Level 3: participate in the development and optimization of processes within the team

3级：参与团队内部流程的开发和优化

Main missions  主要任务

LEVEL 1 1- Prepare tooling for quick changeovers while complying with standards 在符合标准的情况下，为快速更换模具做好准备

-Consult production planning

参照生产计划

-Prepare for production changeovers by approving the check-list

通过审核清单准备生产切换

-Carry out production changeovers following intervention procedures (assembly, dismounting of tooling, peripheral

devices, conveyors, etc.)

进行干预过程(组装、拆卸工具,周边设备,输送机,等等)后的生产切换

-Supply or organize the supply of raw materials to machines

提供或组织供应原材料

-Analyze causes and decide upon the appropriate methods and means to perform missions

分析原因，确定完成工作的适当方法和手段

2- Ensure production changeover, while complying with the standards of the Technical File and minimizing the changeover time 确保生产切换，同时遵守技术文件的标准，尽量减少切换时间

-Mount tooling on machines while complying with safety conditions and ensuring good working order

在符合安全条件并确保良好工序的情况下，安装设备模具

-Perform level 1 maintenance 进行1级防护

-Perform the standard setting, in compliance with the production launched, of all machines required for manufacturing   按照生产的要求，执行生产所需的所有机器的标准设置

-Ensure the conformity of the workstation layout and cleanliness

确保工位的布局一致性、环境清洁

3 - Launch manufacture by minimizing start-up rejections 以最低开机报废率，启动当日正常生产

-Perform and approve start-up checks (safety, presence of documents at the workstation such as production programs,

manufacturing data, GALIA labels, material components)

执行和批准启动检查(安全设备、工位文件如：生产项目，生产数据,GALIA标签,材料组件)

-Check conformity of workstation with respect to the layout sheet

检查工位与布局图纸的一致性

-Check the good working order of the machine, peripheral devices and tooling (dimensional check, by attribute,

boundary sample)

检查机器,外围设备和模具的良好的运作状态(通过特征属性,极限样件校核尺寸)

-Display start-up documents

展示启动文件

-Record malfunctions and technical tuning operations carried out in the process log

记录在过程日志中出现的故障和技术优化操作

4 - Monitor the process/product and intervene in the event of anomalies to re-attain standards 监控流程/产品，并干预异常事件以重新达到标准

-Organize monitoring of the process and monitor the process parameters

组织过程监控，监控工艺参数

-Report to the manager

-Monitor production conditions and make simple corrections in the event of malfunctions

5 - Provide technical expertise 提供专业技术

Use and follow processes, instruction sheets and appendices and propose improvements. Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with safety and environmental protection instructions
