Main missions 主要任务

Level 1： 1级

1 – Train relevant personnel in processes and ensure the deployment and capitalisation of technical skills at the site 培训相关人员，确保技术技能在公司的部署和资本化

- Train and support relevant personnel in work methodologies, operating processes and tools 在工作方法、操作过程和工具方面培训和支持相关人员

- Make the necessary decisions to optimise results, in line with initial data 根据原始数据，做出必要的决定来优化结果

2 - Ensure the productivity of existing processes/products 确保现有工艺/产品的生产效率

- Manage the technical database 管理技术数据库

- Define and Write the procedures for new means and processes. 明确新方法和新流程并编写过程

- Define the production line Layouts. Create and validate the Time Sequences. 明确生产线布局，创建并验证时间顺序

- Help to develop the process during the project phase, "in production" and optimise it 在项目阶段和“生产中”帮助开发并优化工序

- Provide technical input for processes and workstations to make technical improvements 为工艺和工作岗位提供技术支持，以进行技术改进

- Schedule and maintain or organise the maintenance of tooling, assembly machines and the product 计划、维护或组织模具、装配和产品的维护

- Make production equipment reliable to improve the quality, safety, etc. of existing means 使生产设备更具可靠性，以提高现有设备的质量、安全性等

- Propose innovative technical solutions concerning manufacturing processes in order to reach productivity, quality

- Cost, carry out and validate the "in production" modifications for the plant processes 对工厂工艺进行成本、实施和验证“生产中”的修改

- Negotiate with any external service providers 与外部服务供应商进行协商

- Validate the implementation in the field of inspection means 确认实施质检

- Define and validate the Work In Process (Forklifts, suspended or other, etc.) 规定和确认在制品(叉车、悬挂物或其他)

- Define and validate the substitution packaging 规定和确认替代包装

- Optimise existing packaging 优化现有包装

- Ensure compliance with workstation ergonomics rules 确保符合工作岗位人机工程学规则

- Troubleshoot to solve quality problems 解决质量问题

- Technically solve problems to eliminate "quality obstacles" 从技术上解决问题，消除“质量障碍”

- Use time analysis and SMED to optimise processes. 利用时间分析和SMED来优化流程

- Apply the Production standards. 应用生产标准

Level 2 : 2级

3 – Coordinate the integration of new products / processes on the site for which he is assigned.

在指定工厂协调新产品新流程的整合

- Help to define the necessary Plant means and coordinate their implementation to acquire the necessary skills locally

帮助确定必要的车间准则并协调实施，以获得岗位所需的技能

- Attend Project meetings and assist with the FMECA Process with the project group. 参加项目会议，协助项目小组完成FMECA流程

- Is able to lead a Process and/or means FMECA working group. 能够领导工艺和/或FMECA工作部门

- Participate in and validate the writing of the Specifications for the Specific means on the site. 参与并确认公司技术规范的编写

- Produce the Specification Capacity means. 确定规范生产力方法

- Launch calls for tender and consultations for Capacity and Plant means 针对生产力和工厂计划启动招标和磋商

- Monitor suppliers 监控供应商

- Receive and validate the acceptance and the development of new resources. 接收并确认新资源的验收和开发

- Initialise the creation of CAM technical data (Parts, Parts lists, Instruction sheets) 初始化CAM技术数据的创建(零件、零件列表、说明书)

- Create process adjustment sheets (parameters) and associated documents 在创建过程中调整参数表格和相关文档

- Carry out the programming required to operate specific equipment 执行操作特定设备所需的程序

- Carry out CCV / VSM for new projects 针对新项目实施CCV / VSM

- Conduct flow and layout studies. 研究管理流程和布局

- Conduct station and time studies (time usage rules) and draw up documentation in compliance with quality requirements 进行工位和时间研究(时间使用规则)并根据质量要求起草文件

- Compile the manufacturing file: procedure, operation sequence diagram, ***-machine activity chart, instruction sheets, lists, manufacturing charts 撰写制造文件:程序、操作顺序图、人机活动图、说明书、清单、制造图

- Start the production of new products. Run@ rate ... 启动新产品生产

- Detect incidents and implement adapted action plans to solve problems. 发现意外情况并实施相应的行动计划以解决问题

Other responsibility：其他职责

All other works or tasks from superior leaders and local managements. 上级领导和当地管理部门的其他工作或任务

Responsibilities in terms of Quality Safety Environment Progress 质量安全环境进展方面的责任

Follow all rules related quality, Safety, occupational health and environment from group and local requirements. Ensure all engineering meet QHSE requirements. 遵守所有与质量、安全、职业健康和环境有关的规章制度，确保所有工程符合QHSE要求

任职要求：

1. ABB机器人编程经验；

2. 3年以上汽车零部件内饰行业喷漆经验；或装配工艺经验、镭雕工艺经验

3. 熟悉色差、油漆工艺、装配工艺制定标准；

4. 爱岗敬业；

5. 英文优秀优先。
