1、关键新产品设计开发，包括可行性评估、结构设计，射频仿真，防水防尘设计、电磁屏蔽设计、尺寸链分析、FMEA、成本分析, 模型及图纸、TDS等

- Develop products for key projects, including feasibility evaluation, mechanical design, RF simulation，waterproof & dustproof design, EMI design, dimension chain analysis, FMEA, cost analysis, 3D models & drawings, TDS, etc.

2、根据客户实际使用场景，对可安装性，可维护性，机械寿命, 可靠性如跌落、震动和环境温度循环等进行评估分析，与测试工程师配合完成产品验证

- Evaluate and analyze the installability, maintainability and reliability, such as mechanical shock, vibration and environmental test, etc. according to the customer actual applications, and cooperate with test engineers to complete the product qualification

3、与公司法国团队对接，解决现有产品技术问题和技术转移等工作。

- Solve technical problems of existing products and support technology transfer with French team of the company.

4、作为技术负责人，审核、指导和优化其他工程师

- Monitor and optimize other engineers' design and output

本科及以上学历，机械、电子、电气相关专业

- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electronic and electrical

5年及以上连接器及线缆设计经验

- At least 5 years experience in connector and cable assembly design.

1、对通信或工业连接器有深刻理解，熟悉射频，防水连接器、光纤组件、电源及信号连接器，并具备相关连接器开发能力

- Deep understanding of connectors in telecom or industrial market, design experence in RF，waterproof connectors, optic, power and signal connectors

2、独立进行产品结构设计，参数仿真和可靠性验证及优化；

- Independent product structure design, parameter simulation, reliability verification and optimization;

3、熟练使用专业软件和测试仪器：Solidworks、ANSYS、CST、HFSS等

- Proficient in using professional software and testing instruments: SolidWorks, ANSYS, CST、HFSS， etc.

4、良好的英语听、说、读、写能力

- Good English as working language

5、较强的创新能力，分析技巧与数据敏感性

- Strong innovation ability, analysis skills and data sensitivity

6、良好的学习能力，好的沟通技能/跨部门沟通能力

- Good communication skills / cross department communication ability

7、具备项一定的目管理技能

- With project management skills

8、有通信行业连接器开发经验者优先

- Connector experience in Telecom market is preferred

9、有团队管理经验者优先

- Team management experience is preferred

10、能够使用法语为工作语言优先

- French as working language is preferred
