任职要求：

1. 根据不同学习背景及个人能力,公司会分配每个管理培训生一个主管进行培训及轮岗；

2. 前期的工作目标主要有金融市场调研, 金融策略分析，以及客户的分类及分析，做到经济面的全面分析和未来趋势的预判，为客户提供专业的金融市场策略分析和金融未来趋势的预判；

3. 通过自身努力将定向发展成金融理财职业经理人；

Job responsibilities:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance/economy/financial management/financial investment is preferred;

2. Financial industry qualification certificate is preferred, such as fund qualification certificate, securities qualification certificate, CFA, etc.;

3. Have great passion for the financial industry and long-term career planning in the financial industry;

4. Mature management trainees will be senior financial managers and senior team leaders in the financial industry;

5. The image of mature professional managers is sunny, cheerful, passionate and energetic. Their income keeps growing and their ability improves beyond expectations.

6. Conducted customer demand analysis based on financial market trends and industry research, provided asset allocation solutions, and had marketing capabilities;

Job requirements:

1. According to different learning backgrounds and personal abilities, the company will assign one supervisor for each management trainee to carry out training and job rotation;

2. The work objectives in the early stage mainly include financial market research, financial strategy analysis, and customer classification and analysis, so as to achieve comprehensive economic analysis and prediction of future trends, and provide professional financial market strategy analysis and prediction of future trends for customers;
