职责描述：
1、为客户提供适用的资金配置方案，推荐合适的理财产品，完成销售指标；
2、在金融市场上不断拓展、扩大中高端客户群，同时维护客户，深度挖掘客户价值；
3、负责开拓目标市场，根据客户的需求提供全方位的专业化理财服务；
4、负责与客户进行业务联络和沟通，维护客户关系；
5、负责分析客户的财务漏洞，提供理财服务；
6、负责与客户交流，找到客户理财需求，提供咨询服务。
任职要求：
1.有证券、基金、保险、理财师等资格证书者优先；
2.具有丰富的金融专业知识；
3.具有2年以上金融行业销售从业经验，有银行个人理财部客户经理、证券公司经纪人、保险代理人等经验者优先；
4.有良好的行业资源和客户资源者优先考虑。

Job description:

3. Responsible for developing target market and providing all-round professional financial services according to customers' needs;

4. Responsible for business contact and communication with customers, maintaining customer relations;

5. Responsible for analyzing customers' financial loopholes and providing financial services;

6. Communicate with customers, find out their financial needs and provide consulting services.

Job requirements:

1. Securities, funds, insurance, financial planner certificates are preferred;

2. Rich financial expertise;

3. At least 2 years of sales experience in the financial industry, with experience of bank personal finance department account manager, securities broker and insurance agent preferred;

4. Good industry resources and customer resources are preferred.
