工作目标：

Design and analyze normal steel and aluminum structure for solar mounting project independently; Provide design report and solve related problem professionally; Update company product with R&D team.

独立完成常规太阳能钢支架和铝合金结构的设计和分析； 提供专业的设计报告并解决相关问题； 参与团队研发更新产品。

Responsibility 职责：

- Design solar mounting structure with required specification like ASCE7, EuroCode, GB etc., make professional report with high efficiency.

  高效地运用指定的规范和条例如美标， 欧标，国标等设计和分析太阳能支架结构，并编制专业报告。

-Communicate with customers, EPC or other related business partner, explain and clarify any related queries.

与客户,EPC或其他相关的业务伙伴沟通交流， 解答及澄清其结构专业方面的疑问。

-Involved in some sales meeting and site support for key project, business trip occasionally

对关键项目提供销售会议支持和现场指导以解决问题， 需考虑偶尔出差。

-R&D，and other work pointed by supervisor

产品开发，及上级指定的其他工作。

Requirements 任职要求：

1. Education教育：Major in Structural Engineering, Mechanics or mechanical Engineering, bachelor’s degree or above.
2. 工程、力学专业或机械工程专业本科及以上学历
3. Experience 工作经验：Above 2 years’ experience in steel structure design, some experience in solar mounting or Geotechnical engineering is a plus. 2年以上的钢结构设计经验，有光伏结构经验或岩土工程经验尤佳
4. Personality 性格
5. Diligent and cautious, self-motivated 勤奋踏实, 主动进取
6. Teamwork, with logical thought      团队合作，有逻辑思维

4.  Professional skills 专业技能要求

a) Be familiar with structure design, know the related design Code like GB, ASCE, EuroCode etc.

掌握结构力学知识， 熟悉国内外行业相关的规范要求如国标， 美标， 欧标等

b) Skill in some FEM software like Staad Pro, Midas，or Sap, Mathcad is preferred.                                                      

熟练使用常规的有限元分析软件如Staad Pro, Midas 或Sap2000等, 能编辑Mathcad者优先

c)Skilled in normal office software and Autodesk is necessary, 常规办公软件和绘图软件是必要的

5.Language 语言

Can read and write English well. Oral English is plus 良好的英语读写能力, 口语表达流利者尤佳
