Responsibility 职责：

    -Responsible for the implementation of national and local EHS laws and regulations, standards and norms and be able      to formulate EHS policies, objectives and systems suitable for company. Responsible for the whole process of EHS management;

负责贯彻国家和地方政府的有关EHS法律法规、标准规范，能够制定适合本公司的EHS方针、目标、制度，负责公司

过程EHS管理；

-Responsible for the preparation of HSE management procedure documents and management system, supervise and inspect the implementation and implementation of all departments;

 负责编制HSE 管理程序文件、管理制度，监督检查各部门执行、落实情况；

 -Responsible for the safety production report and situation analysis and put forward reasonable opinions to ensure the orderly and safe operation;

 负责安全生产现场安全生产报告及情况分析提出合理的意见，确保有序、安全的进行；

-Organize regular inspection of work safety and potential safety hazards, supervise and guide all departments to implement rectification of potential safety hazards;

定期组织安全生产和安全隐患排查，监督指导各部门落实安全隐患整改；

-Organize and guide the publicity, education and training of work safety for employees and regularly organize emergency rescue drills;

组织、指导对员工的安全生产宣传、教育和培训工作，定期组织应急救援演练工作；

-Assist in safety training, organization of safety behavior observation activities and data statistical analysis;

协助做好安全培训、安全行为观察活动组织及数据统计分析工作；

Requirements 任职要求：

1. Education教育：Bachelor degree or above in safety or environmental protection, certified safety engineer preferred; 安全或环保相关专业本科及以上学历，注册安全工程师优先；

2. Experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities经验、知识、技能和能力:

    a)  At least 8 years working experience in enterprise safety management;8年以上企业安全管理工作经验；

    b)  Familiar with national security laws and regulations and environmental protection policies;熟悉国家安全法律法规以及环保政策；

    c)  Familiar with ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and other related knowledge;熟悉ISO14001，OHSAS18001等相关知识；

    d)  Proactive, excellent communication and coordination skills, planning skills;积极主动、优秀的沟通协调能力、计划能力；

    e)  Have rich ability to connect with the government and the third party;具有丰富的对接政府、第三方能力；
