Main Purpose of the Job:
Overall responsibility of the Mold design (CAD) and Programming (CAM) department
Main Responsibilities:
o Organizational and Personal responsibility of the CAD/CAM department
o Resource Planning of CAD / CAM Team
o Lead the CAD/CAM team to follow to company’s regulation, safety regulation, standard operation procedures and work instructions.
o Ensure all documentations well maintained and well tracked
o Ensure Monthly and Yearly KPI are objective reviewed and evaluated in CAD/CAM Team
o Responsible for the Selection and Qualification of Cutting Tools
o Guide the CAM Team to develop / manage fixtures and implement process optimizations
o Leading the CAM Team to optimize the CAM Programs to ensure the quality and manufacture efficiency
o Track internal Errors and support the manufacturing Team to improve
o Link between CAD/CAM Team and Workshop
o Engineering interface to Alpla Hard ( see attached Functional Description )
o Identify the most economical, efficient and quality orientated manufacturing process for the parts to be manufactured
o Evaluation of the most suitable Manufacturing Process ( milling, EDM, Laser Engr. etc…)
o Order of spare/standard parts and raw material (BOM list handling)

Education/Experience:
o Bachelor degree and above with major in Mechanical or Over 5 years working experiences in Mold manufacturing industry
o Strong mechanical knowledge in design, and identify the risk and take action before production.
o Familiar with office and 3D software or others MS ( Word , Excel, Power point…) , CAD, CAM(Master CAM either UG) are plus
o Good communication skills and strong execution and leading ship (communicate with other relative Depts. PMs..)
o Can work independently and under pressure, Strong responsibility, team mind.
o Command of written and spoken English
o Willingness to travel
