Responsibilities:

® Manage the overall human resource and office administrative functions

® Formulate an effective recruitment and training plan to meet operation needs and expectations

® Support management in providing information, benchmarking exercise and problem-solving skill

® Liaise with government and statutory bodies in employment maters

Requirements:

® Degree from a recognized university majoring in HRM or equivalent

® At least 1 years relevant experience in executive capacity

® Motivated, proactive and with proven accountability

® Good working knowledge of China labour law and HR practice

® Meticulous, detailed, and well-organised
