1、参与订单评审，确保订单交期，评估生产产能，合理安排生产；

2、配合车间品质管理人员对产品质量的要求，必须保证所生产之产品符合国标及客人要求；

3、根据生产计划核算人员需求，确保计划顺利执行；

4、贯彻执行公司的成本控制目标，加强对车间原材料使用的控制，确保在提高产量、保证质量的前提下不断降低生产成本；

5、管理车间各种工装夹具，机械设备，物料的标识和防护，严格ISO体系要求进行规范化管理；

6、做好生产现场5S工作，在完成生产订单1天之内必须将余料退回到仓库；

7、做好周，月，年度计划及工作报表，交由上级主管审批。

任职资格

1、大学专科及以上学历

2、有模具、冲床等同等岗位工作3年以上经验

3、管理经验5年以上

4、能技术管理，规范化管理经验

5、工作细致认真，责任心强，思维敏捷，具有较强的团队合作精神
