Responsibilities: 

  

• Deep knowledge of product compliance, quality & regulatory requirements with a focus on product
• Responsible for proactive and preventive quality assurance and control, delivering end to end result through QMS activities

• Factory elevation through technical support to drive for continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

• Ensure vendors deliver safe and quality owned brand product.

• Leverage analysis and reporting on vendors & factories performance with a feedback loop.

• Actively influence decision-making and address business needs through active engagement with CFT/business partners.  

• Conduct calibration activities on process and product for 3rd parties, vendors and factories

  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Good knowledge of metal material and processing, structural design
• Bachelor degree in material engineering  or mechanical engineering or related
• Good knowledge of testing, verification and protocols
• Familiar with international and national regulations and standards
• Good knowledge of quality system and supplier capabilities assessment.
• 5 + years solid experience in buying office or product engineer in R&D center of manufacturer.
•  Manufacturing auditing experience
•  Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
•  Collaborative focus and ability to work successfully across functional areas
• Language: fluent in English and local language

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:

•  Experience in retail purchasing operations or support (Sourcing, procurement, QA, development, etc.)
• Audit experience preferred
• Experienced in New Product Introduction Process
• Certified Quality Engineer or Quality Auditor preferred
• Six Sigma or Lean certified preferred
• Experienced in project management preferred
