What Your Impact Will Be:
Responsible for providing superior styling for all photo/videography, both on and off figure, as well as props, on-form and lay downs. Additional responsibilities include prepping merchandise, collaborating with Producer, Art Director and Photographers, working closely with a variety of crew to achieve razor sharp, brand focused imagery.

  

  

• Work with internal team to prepare merchandise for daily photo shoots, which may involve on-form, on figure, still life (simple to complex laydowns and pinups), editorial or on-location photography.
• Collaborate with Producer to assign schedules based on projects and staff availability
• Created and executed conceptual themes for commercial advertising and print campaigns by collaborating with clients and photographers that effectively elucidated the brand and merchandising standards for styling purposes.
• Shop for props required based in photo art direction for the photo shoot and return merchandise after the shoot.
• Managed high-volume photo shoots and organized accessories, clothing and props in the photo set area.
• Assisted the photographs for photo shoots with lighting, staging, quick makeup and hairstyling.
• Excellent understanding of overall fit and pinning techniques, as well as garment construction
• Work with other Stylists, Preppers and Sample Coordinator to ensure all merchandise has been received on set by matching it to the shot list, inspect materials for flaws or defects
• Style and prop sets per instructions from client representatives and meticulously follow established style guides
• Proactively and professionally communicate with client and colleagues
• Maintain styling and styling storage areas
• Train and mentor Styling Assistants in procedures and styling techniques, per industry standards and client specific requirements
• Perform related duties, special projects and/or other functions as required

• 3-5 years’ experience.
• Exceptional styling skills
• Knowledge of where to find props required based on photo art direction
• Excellent problem solver and communicator.
• Stays focused under tight deadlines and high-volume shoot schedules.
• Strong commitment to ensuring quality and exceeding client satisfaction and expectations.
• Proven communication, organization and team-building skills.
