We are looking for an experienced CAD Designer to integrate our Technical team in Shanghai. He/she

will work in a team of 25 creative people (Design team / 3D team).

Our ideal candidate will guarantee the feasibility of the creative concepts through technical solutions

and details under the Project Manager Director based in Shanghai office.

Highly motivated, you don’t just provide technical drawings... you make the creative concepts come

true!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- To produce clear, accurate and good presentation drawing packages in an efficient manner –

which includes but not limited to Schematic Design and Design Development package in

accordance to the company's standard

- To read and interpret concept design, images & specification and developing further to

technical detailed drawings

SKILLS & BEHAVIOURS

- Independent, self-motivated and diligent. Good organizational skills, leadership and

teamwork in collaborating with others to meet project deadlines & objectives

- Architecture/Interior Design graduate. Furniture Drafting background is a plus.

- Preferably at least 3 years’ work experience in design & construction drawings

- Excellent in AutoCAD, with good skills in other design software and 3D program such as

Sketch-up, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Suite

- Strong knowledge in materials, furniture manufacturing methodology, and construction

technics for effective design process

- Knowledge of Local Regulation and Building Code

- English speaking and writing. Mandarin and French are a plus
