MAIN PURPOSE

Contribute to showroom operation. Introduce our Brands to wholesale network and accumulate knowledge to further explore business improvement opportunities.

1. Coordinate with internal department and execute daily operation.

2. To maintain daily connections with brands follow up their needs and feedback, provide timely feedback to sales team and follow up

3. Follow up contracts and account set up in our system.

4. Showroom sesonal planning / opening, on-site support to ensure opening success

5. Help meet SHOWROOM seasonal sales target

6. Follow up the monthly/seasonal sales target, provide enhancement suggestions in his or her own field.

7. Deliver proper analysis to Wholesale channel performance and give feedback to management and sales team

8. Coordinate with internal functions such as training, CRM, marketing to help operation and sales;

9. Develop new skills and new workflow to improve sales/operation efficiency

10. Other ad-hoc project (such as Mirror) to follow up with operation director’s assignment

11. Perform regular visit to market and generate timely feedback to sales team

12. On top of regular operation, build up new partnership with Brands and Buyers, foster new ways of cooperation

Experience:

1. 1-3 years of work experience specialised in sales operation

2. Experience on business analysis will be plus

3. Experience on selling floor is preferable

Technical skills:

1. Strong commercial spirit

2. Strong Micosoft office skill

3. Strong fashion knowledge and expertise

Personal skills:

1. Team player.

2. Empathy with customers, with very good and personalised client management skills

3. Hunting and curious personality, with entrepreneurial skills as a plus

Language requirements:

1. Native mandarin speaker

2. Good level of English, both oral and written
