岗位职责

1、负责生产部各种生产报表的数据统计及分析，员工考勤的统计与整理；

2、负责生产跟单控制与协调，保证进度和质量；

3、负责日常办公用品采购、发放、登记管理，办公室设备管理；

4、协助主管、领班完成生产部的项目推进工作。

任职资格

1、行政、文秘类专业专科以上学历；

2、1年以上生产文员工作经验；

3、文笔流畅，能独立撰写通知、通告等，有较强的表达、沟通能力；

4、熟练使用常用办公软件。

Shanghai Jinshang Auto Parts CO., Led. is established at 2006. Now the company located at No. 577, Alley 4490, Middle Jiasong Road, Qingpu District, covers more than 5200 square meters. Our company is the largest processing agency(first level) of melamine foam sponge（the magic sponge,magic sponge） at East China. The amount of production sales exceeds 8000 cubic meters every years.
