1、能够准确接收和理解创意需求，按时按质提供3D创意产出；

2、创意作品的完成，确保2D&3D构成符合策略及创意标准的完整设计；

3、完成上级要求提交的素材搜集、创意想法；

4、理解项目需求和创意概念，并针对项目需求和创意概念能进行素材搜集，类似创意想法的延展和汇总3D设计的完成度（包括建模的速度、渲染的表现力）；

5、能积极参与部门内的沟通讨论及与其他平行部门的进行高效的沟通与合作。

任职要求：

1、2-3年以上路演或品牌公关Event活动设计等相关设计经验对活动熟悉；

2、作品审美佳，有创意，作品有竞争力能够独立设计符合客户需求或者创意总监所提概念的效果图熟悉常规材料及制作工艺；

3、有能力将自己的设计转换成CAD施工图责任心强；

4、积极主动，富于创新，有团队协作精神和较好沟通能力，可适应一定的加班和工作压力。
