Junior Interior Designer 助理设计师

    

    

    

1. Bachelor’s degree in construction, interior design, architecture or other related major; 1-3 years working experience in design industry, detailed knowledge of and experience with the complete project development process.

    

大学建筑及室内外设计、装潢等相关专业以上学历；1-3年的设计行业经验, 对整个项目进程各细节的丰富阅历；优秀的手绘和平面空间规划能力。

    

    

2. Be proficient in using CAD、SKETCHUP, PHOTOSHOP、Enscape、Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other relevant software.

    

精通常用软件CAD、SKETCHUP、PHOTOSHOP、Enscape、Microsoft Word ,Excel and PowerPoint等。

    

    

3. Be able to create detailed scale plan (plan, elevation, detailed design drawing)

    

能出详细的尺寸图（平面图，立面图，节点图）。

    

    

4. Experience in hotel, restaurant and offices design preferred.

    

具有酒店、餐饮、办公设计经验者优先。

    

    

5. Coordinated and cooperative with rest of design team to achieve the whole team's overall goal; Diligent and good at working under pressure and circumspective

    

具有良好的组织协调和团队协作精神，协助完成团队整体目标；工作努力认真细致，能在强压下工作。

    

    

6. Be organized at prioritizing time; communicate with clients to know their needs; Report the design project progress to the Director.

    

能够合理安排时间；善于与客户沟通，了解其需求；向设计总监汇报项目进程。

    

    

7. Good spoken/written English ability is a plus

    

英语听说读写流利者优先。
