Primary Responsibilities:

 

    

• Daily processing of Platform group orders, new acquired company orders and classical product orders
• Lead role on executing day-to-day expectations
• Perform general Platform business operations duties
• Assist external and internal customers by answering questions and developing relationships
• Participate on problems resolution in order to build and maintain a strong relationship with PTC Partners
• Participate in acquisition integration activities
• Provide feedback to Management about existing indirect business processes
• Support new business opportunities and partners with cross functional teams to ensure order processing smoothless.
• Participate in the development of policies and procedures.
• Provide quality service to increase customer satisfaction
• Process of different type of orders on occasional basis as required per volume

    

 
Required Education and Experience

    

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years professional experience

    

 
Required Skills

    

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good in CRM software (SalesForce) and ERP (Oracle)
• Result driven
• Positive and patient
• Task prioritization and follow-up skills
• Ability to follow instructions and standard work processes to perform routine tasks.
• Ability to check work for accuracy before completion of tasks.
• Ability to determine when tasks are complete.
• Ability to collaborate in a cross functional and global team environment
