OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    

        

To deliver successful solutions implementations throughout the Asia region in line with Toll Project Management Framework and Methodologies.

    

        

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

        

    

·         To deliver successful solutions implementations in Asia, meeting timelines, budget, and quality requirements.

    

·         To ensure all solutions implementation in Asia are well executed in line with Toll Project Management Methodology and Framework.

    

·         To setup and chair the Steering Committee Meeting between Toll and its customer to ensure successful implementation.

    

·         Control, overview and reporting of current project status

    

·         Management of all project relevant elements like staffing, material/information flows, equipment, etc. and of all resources allocated to the project in such a way that these deliver all the work required to complete the project within time, financial and time constraints

    

·         Development and management of project plan

    

·         Support operational processes and transfer of knowledge leading up to / after implementation

    

·         Lead Post implementation reviews after project implementation

    

·         Ensure transferability of knowledge to other implementations

    

        

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES

        

    

·         Successful implementations of all assigned projects in Asia, meeting agreed schedule, budget, and quality.

    

·         All implementations are delivered using Toll Project Management Framework and Methodologies

Qualifications:

Tertiary:                                Undergraduate degree is required / Master’s Degree is preferred.

    

Professional:                       Previous implementation and project management experience is required.

    

                                    3PL and Supply Chain experience is preferred.

    

Experience with PRINCE2 project methodologies as well as an understanding of the implementation project life cycle is required.

    

Licences:                              PMP / PRINCE2 certification is preferred         

    

Other:                                  Candidates should have 10+ years project implementation experience, with 3+ years managing complex supply chain projects

    

Computer Literacy:             Solid PC skills including usage of the full MS Office Suite and MS Project is required
