Overview
Visual Merchandising Manager will manage and direct Stellar Works’ Visual Merchandising efforts and ensure the highest level of excellence in all creative work produced and executed for brand showrooms and dealers' stores. This position is a key role in the development of Stellar Works' visual branding concept development and will exercise a high level of creativity in delivering a world-class brand and customer experience.

1. 协助创造和管理品牌视觉设计概念;
2. 统筹管理所有品牌活动的展厅、展览和展示;
3. 通过以消费者为中心的视觉营销策略提升品牌形象;
4. 领导新店、产品发布和产品投放的视觉营销计划;
5. 与创意总监和首席执行官密切合作,为视觉营销项目收集创意;
6. 与销售和其他部门合作协调所有视觉营销活动,以确保相关实施计划;
7. 为商店管理提供所有视觉展示所需的艺术指导;
8. 发展和维护与外部供应商的关系(如安装商、平面设计、自由职业者、鲜花、道具等);
9. 与财务团队合作,管理所有店内视觉展示和安装的预算;
10. 确定需要展示的视觉营销材料;
11. 评估客户反馈并根据需要进行修改;
12. 通过视觉创意推动零售和批发业务开发;
13. 支持品牌和销售部门组织任何类型的活动;
14. 准备关于视觉指导进展的定期报告;
15. 为零售和批发渠道创建有关橱窗展示和商店内部的培训资料;
16. 定期走访展厅,确保遵循视觉指导;
17. 领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求:
1. 至少 5 年国际视觉营销经验。有家居/家具视觉营销经验者优先。相关专业本科学历优先;
2. 有一定的视觉天赋,对品牌和客户有敏锐的洞察力理解力;
3. 创造艺术的能力,从视觉艺术角度提升客户眼中的品牌形象;
4. 对业务需求和趋势有很强的理解,并能有效管理预算和遵守财务准则;
5. 较强的领导能力,能够管理和激励团队;
6. 较强的书面和口头沟通能力。能够与国内外其他公司以及供应商进行有效的沟通合作;
7. 能够同时领导办公室和现场管理;
8. 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 软件,包括 Outlook、Excel、Word 和PowerPoint;
9. 精通 Adobe Creative Suite,包括 Photoshop;
10. 能够接受每年 20% 的出差;
11. 具有良好的日语或英语听说读写能力。
Responsibilities:
1 Coordinate with creative and manage brand visual designs and concepts;
2 Oversee showrooms, exhibitions and displays for all brand activities;
3. Elevate brand image by implementing consumer-centric visual merchandising strategies;
4. Lead visual merchandising initiatives for new store openings, product launches, and product placements;
5. Work closely with Creative Directors and CEO to gather artistic and creative direction for visual merchandising projects;
6. Plan and coordinate all Visual Merchandising activities with Sales and other departments to ensure buyin to action plans;
7. Provide store management with artistic direction required for all visual displays;
8. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors (e.g. window installers, graphics, freelancers, flowers, props, etc.);
9. Manage budget for all in-store visual displays and installations in partnership with the Finance team;
10. Identify visual merchandising material needs for displays;
11. Evaluate customer feedback and implement changes as needed;
12. Drive both Retail and Wholesale businesses through visual initiatives;
13. Support brand and sales departments in the organization of any type of events;
14. Prepare regular reports regarding status of visual direction;
15. Create training tools and materials regarding window displays and store interiors for both Retail and Wholesale channels;
16. Conduct store visits regularly to ensure visual direction is being followed.
17. Other work arranged by the leader.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. International background with a minimum 5 years of Visual Merchandising experience. Home/furniture merchandising experience a plus. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred;
2. Visual talent, an eye for and a keen, innate understanding of brand and customer experience;
3. Ability to create art, this person is an artist with ideas that elevate the brand in the eye of the customer;
4. A strong understanding of business needs and trends along with a track record of successfully managing a budget and adhering to financial guidelines;
5. Strong leadership skills attracting, managing and motivating a world-class team;
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to inform and effectively collaborate with others internally and across country lines as well as with vendors;
7. A leader who can manage from both the office and the field, being an on-site, visible, motivational leader;
8. Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint;
9. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop a plus;
10. Ability to travel 20% of the time;
11. Good command of Japanese or English.
