1、能够准确接收和理解创意需求，能够独立作业或者带领团队小组作业，按时按质提供3D创意产出；

2、创意作品的完成，确保2D&3D构成符合策略及创意标准的完整设计，积极参与客户部的组织的内部项目讨论，在关键节点上与客户的沟通并帮助推进项目；

3、完成上级要求提交的素材搜集、创意想法。

任职要求：

1、四年以上路演或品牌公关Event活动设计等相关设计经验；

2、对活动熟悉，作品审美佳，有创意，作品有竞争力能够独立设计符合客户需求或者创意总监所提概念的效果图；

3、熟悉常规材料及制作工艺，有能力将自己的设计转换成CAD施工图；

4、责任心强，积极主动，富于创新，有团队协作精神和较好沟通能力，可适应一定的加班和工作压力。
