We are looking for a mature Design Manager to integrate our team in Shanghai. He/she will

work in a team of 20 creative people (Design team / 3D team) with the support of the

Technical team.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong retail background with a good team spirit in order to

deliver the best creative result for each project he/she will be handling under the Design

Director based in Shanghai office.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- To lead the creative process in a project and to prepare client’s presentation

- To ensure the smooth running of each project: from briefing to all presentation

phases

- To follow the team’s involvement in each project phase

- To organize regular points with the Design Director and Creative Director in order to

validate the project's progress

- To follow mockup stage, on-site construction and to propose adjustments if

necessary

SKILLS & BEHAVIOURS

- Pro-active, organized, creative, motivated and good team player

- Proficient in 3D software / Adobe Suite / Autocad

- English speaking and writing. Mandarin and French are a plus
