1. Take responsibility for PCB layout design and DFA/DFM requirements with cross-functional team to meet customer specifications；

2. Take responsibility for component symbol and footprint management based on design rules and manufacture capability;

3. Create PCB manufacture documents, such as ODB++, IPC 2581，Gerber files, PCB drawing, Panel drawing & Maintains design integrity through updates and records of changes；

4. Prime customer interface to ensure customer requirements are implemented and any potential issues resolved and customer satisfaction is met.

5. Interpret electrical/mechanical/thermal engineering constraints and determine the best strategy for layout implementation.

6. Run signal integrity tools within the design environment and analyze the results to determine compliance with the customer’s specification.

7. Support for PCB fab and board assembly;

8. Provides guidance in the generation and application of the company’s design guide;

9. Estimates time needed and costs of designs;

10. Initiate and lead activities to improve the design process and increase the efficiency of the design tools;

Qualifications: 

 1. Bachelor degree or above in electronic/ communication or other related major; 

 2. 5 yrs or above experience in the multilayer PCB design; 

 3. Mentor Xpedition enterprise flow (2009.7.3 and VX2.X) design software proficiency; 

 4. Acquaint with the knowledge of Layout safety requirement; 

 5. Open, good teamwork, self-motivated;
