工作内容：

1.监督所有前厅区域: 前台, 礼宾和行李服务, 客户关系和对客服务, 夜班经理 

2.在维持高标准服務水平前提下尽量提高客房出租率、客房收益、平均房价 

3.上岗前查看当日贵宾、常规客人、长住客人、团队客人以及特别要求，并通知有关部门 

4.确保前厅部员工高效、快速、礼貌地处理客人登记 

5.负责处理预订部下班后的预订 

6.建立顾客反馈系统，定期向上级汇报 

7.保持高水平的产品和服务的知识,以便为客人解释服务和饭店设施并将这些服务和饭店设施销售出去 

8.完成你上级交待的其它任务

任职要求：

1.掌握前厅部工作知识并且十分熟悉前厅部日常运行 

2.熟练掌握相关公司计划 

3.熟练运用前台电脑系统，掌握各项功能 

4.良好的财务知识，熟悉相关信用政策 

5.良好的英语能力 

6.良好的管理技能, 强调“人性化管理” 

7.良好的沟通技巧 

8.良好的组织以及解决问题的能力
