职位描述
Responsibility:
1- Suggestion for budget & quotations for each project and management.
2- Define, propose and execute the strategy of
B2B online and offline Buyers acquisition, customers satisfaction : and growing sales and profits
3- Coordination between the French and Chinese teams.
*customer acquisition, in particular their integration in the platform
*Ensure and facilitate the proper collaboration between all the teams both in France and China (Operation, Sourcing, Sales) and the management.
*Improve or establish process to achieve this goal
*Overall Customer satisfaction for platform usage, services and delivery Improve the web platform in collaboration with our French team, and our partners.
*Improve the logistic algorithm that automatically calculate logistics and other
Supply chains costs to transport food products between Europe and Asia (both the design and implementation)
*Make sure the logistic pricing with our partners is up to date and adequate with the market standard.
4- Support the sales team to analyze and develop marketing tools (quotations, deliverable, and product files).
5- Organize our participation on major and related events, and manage the supply chain of products and samples prepared for the event, to assist in the selection of PR and marketing agencies and to be the events coordinator.
6- customer acquisition, in particular their integration in the platform
7- Assist on the review of the legal documentation for Foodgates
8- Assist the Vice President of ASI Group on Blockchain and traceability technologies
9- Other tasks assigned by the management.
Qualifications & Requirements
1- You need to be familiar with European Culture and Chinese Marketing.
2- Excellent English and Chinese, French is a plus.
3- At least 5 years of experience in logistics, trading, supply chain or international trade with full E-commerce experiences. But excellent profile will be considered if less than 5 years
4- Strong leadership, strong communication skills and team spirit to drive cooperation on all levels.
5- Flexible, autonomous, proactive and hard working.
6- Ability to interact with both Chinese and Foreign people and build relationship
7- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8- Computer savvy, excellent Excel skills. Base in coding (any language) would be plus.
9- Planning and organization skills
