Accountabilities 职责

Performance management / 业绩管理

Consolidate volume forecast from Sales and track actual volume on daily basis. / 汇总本区域的销量预测

Analysis business performance for last month / 分析上月的运营绩效

Prepare and consolidate CPR deck, support CPR meeting and track action

plan. / 准备C&S CPR会议材料，支持销售总监召开会议

Regular tracking the investment and strictly control the actual expense within plan. / 持续地监控投资情况

 

Demand Planning / 需求计划

Consolidate demand plan based on sales forecast / 基于销量预测，编制C&S品牌的需求计划

 

Market Intelligence / 市场情报管理

Gather and consolidate data/templates, generate reports, proposals and action plans. / 收集并整合数据/模板， 生成报表、建议书和行动计划

 

Set monthly target for field sales team and calculate KPI achievement  / 设置并追踪区域销售月度指标

Check STR data completeness and reconcile with STW. / 同STW进行核对发现差异

 

Revenue Management / 收入管理

Help build price tree for new SKU or price change. / 协助建立新品或产品变价的价格树

Assist to review commercial plans (discount and sales packaeg) for the following month / 协助审核下月的商业计划（折扣项和销售项）

Qualifications and Technical competencies required资质和专业能力要求

Education 教育

 

• Colleague bachelor degree on business administration, management, economics, etc,   / 商务管理，经济学等相关学士学位

• Bachelor’s degree is preferable 本科学历

Experience 经验

 

• Experience in managing P&L’s and financial KPI’s / 具有管理财务指标的经历

• FMCG industry is favorable /有快销行业工作经验优先考虑

Technical competencies (Job related)  专业能力 （与工作相关）

 

• Analytical skills / 分析能力

• Excel and power point excellence / 良好的Excel和PPT能力

• Advanced interpersonal skills / 良好的人际关系
