Business Need / Purpose of Role

This position is responsible for order management, which covers all activities including products quotation, order confirmation, order fulfillment, effective forecast management, customer satisfaction, 6S, regular reporting, etc.

Responsibilities

● In time and correct delivery on quotation, order confirmation, order handling in ERP system, and ensure on time delivery as contracted terms.

● General archiving for daily order documentations.

● Timely to follow up and review phase payment by customer for each order, together with sales.

● Supporting at bidding documents preparation for sales, like bidding letters, certificate of authorization, application of bidding bonds, performance list, etc.

● To follow up monthly flash plan, by weekly confirming the flash status with sales team.

● Provide regular reporting per line manager and company management requirement.

Qualifications

● Bachelor or above degree.

● At least 1 year order fulfillment management practice.

● Excellent communication and inter person skills.

● Above average proficiency with MS Office applications: particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

● Proficient on ERP systems, preferably be familiar with Oracle system.

● University graduate major in industrial engineering or logistics management related.

● Prefer to have bidding experience
