Job Description:

• To be responsible for creating purchase orders based on purchase requisition in SAP, negotiating the quotation terms with domestic and overseas suppliers.

• To be responsible for releasing the approved PO, tracking the delivery of orders, and make sure it meets the requested delivery date.

• To be responsible for collecting and checking the invoice, and make sure it meets the PO and goods receiving, then submit to finance.

• Work with accounts payable on invoice payment and resolution with problem payments.

• Preparing the documents for importation customs clearance, following up the status and apply for the payment application of duty.

• Login in customs on-line website to download/check the importation tax bill.

• Cooperate with QC and plant to deal with quality problems and good return.

• To follow bidding or e-auction for assigned materials or services, cooperate with the whole purchasing team for cost target overall.

• Month-end closing.

• Document filing for invoices, shipping documents, orders.

• To complete other tasks and projects assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement:

  

• Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering, commercial, or supply chain field.

• Understand legal, financial and commercial terms of purchasing.

• Good communication skill is a must.

• Good in English and PC skills, and good at SAP is preferred.

• Honest and integrity, positive and self-motivated personality
