Key Responsibilities: 

This role will be a member of N/A Finance team leading a team of 8 staff and reporting directly to the Finance Director, N/A. The primary focus of this role is to provide various planning and analysis support to the organization and working closely with operation teams as a business partner. He/she will be in Shanghai with occasional travel. His/her responsibilities are:

1. Lead the preparation of rolling forecasts (budgets), monthly reporting, controlling, financial analysis. 

2. Evaluate business initiatives and provide business in-sights to drive EBITDA margin, Cash Flow and Revenue and the business in a strong balanced way according to agreed KPIs.

3. Build the annual KPIs following the Rolling Forecast process.

4. To support management for better finance decision making by providing insightful information and suggestions.  As a business partner for the commercial organisation, to identify risks and opportunities from finance point of view.

5. Lead the North Asia controlling & business partnering team to achieve the company’s financial goals, continuously optimising BC process.

          

Key Tasks:  

1. Responsible for providing timely and relevant reports and analysis, early alert major deviations from targets etc. to other functions in the region together. 

2. Conduct the regular forecast and budget process to drive improving the business performance. 

3. To raise the system continues improvement needs for the region and collaborate with IT team for implementation.

4. To coordinate and collect feedbacks from all functions for any finance procedures improvement needs, and then design and implement finance procedures/process changes accordingly.

5. To ensure the costing data transparent and accuracy, continuously to support segment to drive cost optimization, and production efficiency.

6. To be partner with other functions to find out any possible improve areas for working capital, then drive the whole implementation by coordination of all stake holders. 

7. To leach and coach team members for their better performance and higher efficiency.

              

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting. ACCA, CMA is preferred.

2. Minimum 7 years of experience in a management role for all areas of finance. as group/regional finance controller in a multi-national company is a must.

3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, IT systems and BI tools

4. Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese & English, CET-6 is a must and TEM-8 is preferred

5. Ability to lead, support and effectively use the potentials of the employees

6. Project management and good teamwork

7. Good understanding of the business, its competitors and the strategic direction of Hempel

8. Excellent communication and conflict management could coordinate cross-function.
