High Level Summary of the Role

The Aisa HR PMO & Process Improvement Manager has 2 key part of job scopes:

1. Global and Regional Project related:

• managing project plans, timelines, and overall summary plan, identifying and resolving project issues and risks; preparing project updates for executive meetings.
• Responsible for preparing and facilitating regular team project update meetings that require coordination and integration activities across functional and global work streams and teams;
• engage team leaders regularly in communicating and confirming ability to meet milestones; actively manage and measure the progress of teams.
• Provide project leadership, capacitation and help drive implementation of key initiatives.

  2. Regarding the Process Improvement initiatives:

• leading the continuous improvement initiatives of the HR area in the region.
• Support development of, refines and document the related policies and practices, to develop and promote adoption within the organization of HR best practices

Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities

• Implement smooth, speedy and efficient workflow in all areas of the HR in the region to ensure successful implementation and ongoing maintenance and support.
• Develop and manage to the department training and quality assurance, including supervision and support to the processes owners.
• Assist in problem-solving on related topics between user departments, service departments, and vendors.
• Assist in research and theory related testing and implementation.
• Works with other HR leaders, processes owners, and staff resources to maintain, engage, develop and review the current practices.
• Build and recommend a 2-3 year strategic roadmap for the HR PMO, in alignment with the HR strategy, to ensure a planned approach to evolving the PMO over time, including but not limited to:

a. Assessing strategic alternatives relative to group, HR, and Global Strategy objectives

       b. Ensuring business cases are built to warrant investment

        c. Overseeing strategic plans to ensure buy-in from across HR and other groups (as required)

• Ensure the effective execution of build and run all HR projects in alignment with the Global PMO and overall group and HR strategy
• Ensure project management work related to acquisitions and divestitures meet all required activities for due diligence, and integration activities are executed successfully with a deep understanding of the manager and employee experience
• Act as the internal expert for project management by maintaining strong industry and external HR knowledge of applicable trends and impacts
• Oversee key HR project that impact the region to ensure that needs are fully understood and executed against within the project scope
• Execution and follow-up of the People budget, and Strategic Workforce Planning
• Facilitate the ongoing education, communication, and awareness of the Project Management policy, principles and standards for various stakeholder groups to ensure standardized and consistent application and implementation enterprise-wide
• Serve as the key relationship point of contact for HR Centers of Expertise (COE) and Line of Business (LOB) Project Managers and contribute to the effective interface and interaction with stakeholders to optimize and enhance value and reputation of the Project Management in the organization
• Develop quality working relationships with business & corporate groups and other executives to facilitate alignment and integration of PMO objectives in business-driven initiatives
• Identify gaps/concerns and develop action plans to close and mitigate issues to ensure governance requirements are met (including any required attestations on an annual basis)
• Ensure project issues, and risks are identified, quantified, managed and tracked. Use experience to proactively "anticipate" risk and develop appropriate mitigation strategies and plans. Ensure risks, assumptions and constraints are appropriately communicated and escalated when necessary

• MBA, BS, BA or graduate degree in technology, business or a related degree preferred
• Ten years of progressive management experience with a focus on human resources technology and transformation, and large-scale project management.
• Strong experience in project management with proven ability to leverage financial business drivers in a regional business operation.
• Experience with strategic operations in a multi-location, industrial driven, regional operating environment.
• Fluent in both Oral and Written English
• Strong communication skills and influencing ability, strong at collaboration
