Job Mission:

Monitor, control and improve supplier quality and process in SPP

Main Task:

 1 Handlle supplier material issue 

 2 Checking new samples and inform related partners with result 

 3 Formalize inspection list for new sample 

 4 Follow and confirm supplier improvement in their site and results in SPP site. 

 5 Audit supplier and conduct on site checking 

 6 Failure analysis in SPP site 

 7 Tasks assigned by quality manger  

Requirement:

1 Have been in quality field for 5 years at least

    

2 Be in machining for 5 years and have knowledge about mechanical processing, casting, forging and so on

    

3 Understand mechanical drawing

    

4 Conduct inspection independently and be familiar with kinds of measuring appliances

    

5 Workable English

    

6 Have computer skill

    

7 Be familiar with quality tools such as TS tools and quality system

    

8 Communication skills
