Qualifications:
? College degree or above, major in science and engineering.
本科及以上学历，机械专业；
? Familiar with molding, tooling and painting processes are preferred.
熟悉注塑,模具,喷漆工艺优先；
? More than five years working experience in auto industry and familiar with QA methods such as APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA、PFEMA、CP - DOE.
五年以上相关汽车行业质量工程师的工作经验- 熟悉APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA、FEMA、DOE等QA常用工具；
? Green belt or black belt of SIX SIGMA is preferred.
有SIX SIGMA培训绿带或黑带优先；
? Good English skills and Microsoft office skills.
很好的英文听、说、读、写熟练能力和办公软件操作能力；
? Ownership and good communication skills – team work.
工作有担当，有良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神。

Responsibilities:
? Follow ADS Industrial Standards.
遵循ADS行业（制程）标准；
? Support Industrial Development on the Implementation of EPM steps (Early Project Management).
支持工业发展的要求，协助实施早期项目管理；
? Support Sr QE “from Proj. Concept phase” to Create Quality Project Plan - items.
支持高级质量工程师，从项目概念阶段到制定项目计划；
? Responsible to support Sr. QE on activities needed to assure Processes ready before SOP.
负责支持高级质量工程师实施需要的活动，确保量产前所有过程已经完成验证与符合项目计划时间要求；
? Responsible to follow QUALITY ISSUES found during sample building – coordinating activities with Sr QE and New Project Team Members.
跟踪样品制作期间发现的质量问题，与高级质量工程师和新项目团队人员一起，协调相关活动；
? Responsible to follow activities necessary to achieve 85% of KPI’s prior SOP; Yield - Scrap rate.
在量产前期负责跟踪必要的活动事项，确保完成关键绩效指标的85%，如良品率，报废率；
? Assure and confirm Processes has clear definition on work stations - layout – product flow to be in
               Comply with Product SPECS and Product Process Controls; CP – PFMEA- FLOW CHART.
保证和确认每个过程的工作站、过程布局和产品流都有明确的定义，并与产品规格和产品过程控制保持一致性；控制计划，过程失效与后果分析，流程图；
? Participate in implementation of Kaizen events and VAVE (Value Added Value Engineering) activities.
参与经营方法改善及增值工程的实施；
? Responsible to provide support for training production team on Quality Standards as required.
针对要求的质量标准，负责培训生产人员；
? Comply with quality and environmental standards procedures and instructions.
遵守质量和环境标准程序及指导书；
? Work together with Sr. QE - MFE, following continuous improvement activities.
与高级质量工程师及制造工程师共同做好持续改善工作；
? Responsible to follow activities with Sr QE, and CMM Eng. to comply On Time with ;Process - Validation – Audits – FDPR – PV Test, and Review Full Dimension Report before SOP.
负责与高级质量工程师和测量工程师一起跟踪相关活动，在量产前确保过程验证，客户审核，过程审核及产品鉴定试验准时完成，并检查各个方面的汇报文件；
? Support ECN (Eng. Changes Notification) after SOP – on related process.
支持量产后的工程变更，在相关过程中给予支持；
? Maintain Check List / Questionnaire on New Project – to be used as Lesson Learned. ( this check list must follow with Sr QE. – NPE – PE – Tooling Eng.
作为经验学习，维护有关新项目的检查清单和问卷调查表（与高级质量工程师，新项目工程师，过程工程师及模具工程师一起跟踪）；
? Co-work with CMM Eng. on necessary measurement / holding fixture – manufacturing and validation.
与测量工程师合作完成必要的测量及夹紧夹具的制作和验证工作；
? Responsible to Build Master / Golden Sample and Bounder Sample; before SOP.
              量产前负责制作标准样件和偏差样件；
? Responsible to Co-work with SQE on Qualification of Supplier Components.
              与供应商质量工程师共同对供应商产品进行认可；
? Responsible to follow on QI /Quality Incident - analysis and follow up; assure upload in customer complaint system.
负责跟踪质量事故，分析并跟踪进度，确保将数据上传至客户系统中；
? Responsible to follow and control Mass production issues.
跟踪和控制批量生产事项；
? Responsible to Implement Effective IMPROVEMENT actions, together with PE – MFE – QC Sup
to assure Process Control and Defect Ratio Lower – Do Internal Process Audits.
实施有效地改善行动，与过程工程师，制造工程师，质量主管一起确保过程控制和低缺陷率，做好内部过程审核；
? Responsible to submit the (YIS) Year Initial Sample Report; assure uploading on customer System for approval.
提交年度IS报告，确保报告上传至客户系统中并获得批准；
? Responsible for Year End Customer Audit and actions submission.
               完成客户年度审核和行动计划提交；
? Other affairs from the superior.
