What do we expect from you?

You will be part of legal team, working together with team on monitoring internal and external compliance cases including:
？    contracts review and follow up,
？    translate the allocated documents (from Chinese into English), conduct weekly and ad-hoc legislation research etc.,
？    assists on monitoring risk & Compliance standards, processes and practices in China,
？    ensure the China business meets international and local regulatory laws and AMS requirements.

？    合同审批、合同管理、文件翻译（中译英）
？    定期完成法律相关信息调查等
？    协助监测公司在中国的风险和合规标准、流程和实践
？    保证中国业务的进行符合国家和国际法规以及奥乐齐管理系统要求。


职位要求：
What are we looking for?

You have 2 to 3 years working experience in legal area, familiar with company law, experience in retail and food related industry will be a plus. You are a well-organized person, could independently review or revise legal documents. You can handle with bilingual working language and develop yourself together with a diversity team and growing company.
