EARLY DATA is a digital market intelligence agency specializing in using artificial intelligence & machine learning to capture, process and analyze big data
Responsibilities:
Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters particular to the clients’ accounts.
Building and nurturing long-term relationships (trust) with long-lasting clients and customers.
Taking care of and overseeing customers’ account management, including maximization of negotiating contracts and agreements to increase profit.
Help customers through email, phone, presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders & executive sponsors.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs & objectives.
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal & external stakeholders.
Track, report, and forecast key account metrics.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value.
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product.
Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationship.
Requirements:
Strong listening and time management skills.
2+ years relevant direct experience in Account Management, Client Services or similar role.
Consumer Products related experience in Manufacturer, Agency, or eCommerce/Digital marketplace. Ideally FMCG experience.
Experience working directly with consumer product companies, particularly in understanding their business needs and priorities. Experience in and ability to speak with various functions inside client organizations.
Ability to understand and demonstrate how digital data can help potential clients.
Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or related field.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
Native Mandarin Chinese speaker with strong English language ability.
