Job Requirement：

1. MS at least, in optical/electronic or semiconductor industry field is a plus.

2. Lab failure mode analysis experience a plus.

3. Positive inter-personal skills necessary to support cross-functional teams.

4. Strong technical (written and verbal) communication skills required for customer and internal communications.

5. Willing to travel if needed.

Job Description：

1. Work with R&D, factories, and suppliers to ensure components, assemblies, and final products meet II-VI high standard of quality and reliability.

2. Participate in architectural design reviews and engage with R&D on technical discussions regarding development of new products. Provide inputs and requirements to ensure new products are designed for reliability.

3. Develop/review/approve qualification plans for new products, technologies, components, new vendors, and site transfers.

4. Coordinate qualification programs, review test data, and generate lifetime models. Present reliability results to various engineering groups internally and customers externally.

5. Interact with customers and SDE/suppliers to provide appropriate expertise on device and module reliability.

6. Participate in technical discussions and ensure that reliability failures have solid failure analysis, root cause, and corrective actions to prevent such reoccurring failures.

2. 参与建筑设计评审，与研发部门就新产品的开发进行技术讨论。提供输入和要求，以确保新产品设计的可靠性。

3. 开发/评审/批准新产品、新技术、新部件、新供应商和现场转让的合格计划。

4. 协调鉴定程序，审查测试数据，并生成生命周期模型。向内部和客户提供可靠性结果。

5. 与客户、SDE/供应商沟通，提供设备和模块可靠性方面的专业知识。

6. 参与技术讨论，确保可靠性故障有可靠的故障分析，根本原因，和纠正措施，以防止此类故障再次发生。
