一、日常运营

1.负责区域所有吧台日常管理工作。包括但不限于吧台营业额，成本，毛利率等综合指标；

2.负责吧台SOP的执行，及时更新操作规程，以适应不同阶段的运营需求；

3.对门店进行巡检工作，辅导门店并追踪各项改善计划；

4.统计收集吧台各类问题，协调职能部门进行必要的支援；

二、库存管理

1.负责区域吧台原物料进销存的管理；

2.确保食品安全等具体工作；

三、新品研发

1.负责饮品研发，新品出品等；

2.配合新品研发，制定有效的宣传工作；

四、人才管理

1.制定并完善现场实际操作培训，确保员工在上岗之前通过所有岗位考核；

2.负责吧台人员培训和梯队建设；

3.对管辖门店进行统筹协调，建立协同良好的运营团队；

五、其他主管布置的工作

岗位要求：

1.有同等岗位管理经验3年以上；

2.具备优秀的沟通能力，人员带训能力，突发事件的处理能力等；

3.抗压性强，服务意识强，团队协作能力强；

4.大专及以上

5.精通咖啡拉花及各种饮品制作工艺；

The True Legend Hospitality Group was established in 2002 by a Canadian by the name of Bryce Jenner.
