Responsibility

1. Capture and analyze customer requirements with regards to technical aspects

收集，整理客户的技术需求。

2.Define System Requirements from the customer requirements

根据客户需求制定系统技术规范。

3.Technical window between Customer, Hella, Tier one supplier and Tier two supplier during the product development;

在产品研发过程中作为海拉和客户、一级、二级供应商的技术接口。

4.Coordinate with oversea development team to make sure the product could fullfill the local customer requirement;

通过协调海外研发团队，确保产品可以以满足本地客户的需求。

5.On side technical support and problem solving.

客户现场的技术支持和问题解决。

6.Promote Hella EPS ECU from technical perspective in China Market

从技术层面在中国市场推广海拉电子助力转向控制器。

7.Collect the Marketing information and looking for the opportunity;

收集市场的需求，并寻找好的机会。

8.Transfer know-how of EPS ECU system safety SW architecture from Hella headquarter to Hella Shanghai via running project development and trainings

通过现有项目及相关培训将海拉总部下一代电子助力转向控制器的系统安全及软硬件构架相关知识掌握传输到本地团队，并应用到本地开发项目中。

9.Other job assigned by Department Manager

部门经理安排的其他工作。

Requirements

1.Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering or electronic related field

电子电气等专业本科或以上学历。

2.At least 3 years electronic design experience in automotive electronic products, and familiar with motor controller knowledge

至少3年汽车电子产品设计经验，并熟悉电机控制器。

3.Comprehensive knowledge for motor driver or power supply HW design.

全面的电机驱动或电源产品硬件设计经验。

4.Good in English using; good at communication and coordination skill;

很好的英语能力；很好的沟通和协调能力。

5.Possible to travel to other city for customer visit.

可以出差拜访客户。

6.Software Engineering/development experience is preferred

有软件开发方面工作经验的优先。

7.Requirements management software experience is preferred (i.e. DOORS) ；

优先考虑有需求管理软件(如DOORS)使用经验者。

8.Knowledge of the V-Model is preferred

对V 型开发模式有较好理解者优先考虑。

9.Open mind and team work spirit

思路开放和团队合作精神。
