职位描述
Essential Functions:
根据销售订单和预测制订生产计划，并贯彻执行；
制订焊接工艺评定和规范，检查焊接效果是否符合客户和BOA的技术要求；
监督工人按公司的SOP操作；
参与公司新项目管理（样品准备，治具开发，焊接参数评定，包装设计等）
建立和完善生产车间的管理（如5S，设备管理，SOP，安全管理，人员管理等）；
协调相关的部门和人员，处理生产和质量异常事；
检查生产和测试记录，检查设备保养维护记录；
处理领料，入库，日常耗材采购申请等日常事务；
制定和优化员工激励制度，每月评估员工绩效；
跟踪订单原料利用率，人工耗用成本等指标；
Education and Experience:
焊接，质量，机械等专业大专以上学历；英文读写良好；
在氩弧焊，无损检测（RT/PT）等方面有丰富经验；
熟悉EN15085/EN3834, ISO9712标准; 有过焊接责任人或者同等权利代表的审核经历。必须要求有IWE 或 CWI 资格证书;
有基本的IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO9001知识，有内审员证书优先；
熟悉SAP或ERP，Office等管理软件；
