The primary responsibility for coordination, ensuring smooth day to day order customer order processing activities. Responsibilities include:

• Daily communication with supplier and the head office to coordinate with order placement, lead-time, capacity and logistic issue.
• Guide all suppliers to load order according to the customer requirement.
• Order tacking , on time shipment monitoring.
• Is in charge for communication with supplier on liability, defective and safety stock set up. 
• Weekly order tracking report.
