1. New project RFQ and supplier sourcing and development.

2. Project management of new product introduction (NPI) from sampling to ramp up in terms of schedule and quality management.

3. Work closely with SQE and Technical team to make sure good communication with local supplier for technical topics.

4. Responsible for the assigned suppliers/commodities and continuously improve the quality and OTD performance.

5. Support operation team to handle the on-time delivery and quality problems for each shipment.

6. Other temporary tasks of SCM team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or similar in mechanical or Elec/mech engineering (or similar).

2. Strong experience of mechanical parts sourcing, and familiar with at least one of mechanical commodities such as machining, forging, casting, sheet-metal, plastics injection, welding, etc.

3. Additional knowledge or experience on Elec/Mech product is a plus, i.e. PCBA, motor, LED, cable Assy., etc.

4. Good oral and writing English skill to fulfill the daily internal communication.

5. Self-organized for multiple tasks under certain time pressure.

6. Good communication skill with supplier and colleagues and willing to drive for result.

7. Willing to learn additional knowledge or knowhow and adapt to the new challenges.

工作时间：做五休二， 周末双休，8:00-16:30
