高冷客户、客户Brief奇葩、客户财物总是出差、客户觉得反感不好又说不出为什么、KPI没有完成、支持人员紧缺，项目太多、Brainstorming没有思路项目停滞不前，这些问题你是否已经有了很好的解决方法？！

遇到问题必须主动去解决，而不是等着其他人把SOLUTION送到你面前。

 

岗位职责：

1. 带领团队执行项目，做好团队全项目的整体把控、项目执行监管、流程进度和成本控制，确保应收账款的按期回收，保证公司净利润；

2. 能有效把控项目KPI和DEADLINE，主动领导项目而不是被动执行；

3. 维护客户关系，准确把握并挖掘客户需求，从而达成新的续签率和服务开发；

4. 拥有自己的领导魅力，能对下属进行有效指导、培训及管理；

5. 必须能帮公司培养和挖掘和储备人才，确保自己团队人才梯队建设，随时都有人才用、留的备选方案；

 

岗位要求：

1. 大学本科以上学历，市场营销、广告专业优先考虑；

2. 至少2-4年以上对网络整合营销有深入了解及个人见解，甲方出身优先考虑；

3. 英语作为工作语言，需要熟练或者精通，简历投递必须要有英文版本；

4. 拥有较强的提案能力，项目管理经验，能进行有效的项目流程和成本管控；

5. 能够独立管理并带领团队（6人-10人）；

6. 你的核心胜任力是：有效沟通能力、较好的职业素养、抗压能力、独立解决问题能力、快速学习能力。
