Responsibilities

• Responsible for crucial project implementation including scope definition, equipment procurement & delivery, construction and commissioning etc.
• Lead project risk management and go through the project checklist to ensure project running smoothly without surprise
• Organize regular internal/external team meetings with key stakeholders and report timely to steering committee via project dashboard
• Work seamlessly with customers to define and finalize the project scope
• Lead and coordinate line audit to define the delta scope
• Cross check available technical documentations to identify which globally ordered equipment can be reallocated
• Manage the equipment delivery schedule and coordinate the vendor acceptance testing
• Lead the golden arrow package development specifically for the project fully leveraging the global available documents
• Supervise the construction period as the SPOC of the onsite support team
• Manage the project cost and schedule with SAP/E-trending

Education/Experience/Skills essential to this role

• Bachelor or higher degree in engineering discipline
• Minimum 8 years of multinational project management work experiences on design, construction, commissioning and qualification
• Excellent time management including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent IT and data visualizations skill
• Excellent leadership skill, communication skills and qualified team player
• Keen to coach on technical problems and build the capability of the team
• Excellence written/spoken skill in both English and Mandarin
